If you have booked your appointment online you will receive a link via email that will allow you to reschedule this over 48 hours before your treatment time. The 48-hour cancellation policy starts 48 hours before the time of your appointment. We will also require a late cancellation/no-show fee, which will be up to 100% of the total of your booking. If you cancel or rearrange before your appointment under 48 hours' notice you will be charged 50%, if you cancel under 24 hours, on the day of your appointment, or do not attend you will be charged 100 % of your booking total.

Having A COVID-19 vaccine is classed as a medical change.
If you’ve had COVID-19 this is classed as a medical change.
The use of home tints / dyes could contribute to increase sensitivity to PPD (Paraphenylenediamine)

Please note: After someone has had a vaccine the NHS have advised that the patient could have side effects. To avoid confusing side effects with a reaction to a patch test is it advised you need to allow 2 weeks after a vaccination before patch testing.
