If you have booked your appointment online you will receive a link via email that will allow you to reschedule this over 48 hours before your treatment time. The 48-hour cancellation policy starts 48 hours before the time of your appointment. We will also require a late cancellation/no-show fee, which will be up to 100% of the total of your booking. If you cancel or rearrange before your appointment under 48 hours' notice you will be charged 50%, if you cancel under 24 hours, on the day of your appointment, or do not attend you will be charged 100 % of your booking total.

Opening update

I would love to tell you I will officially be open on the 4th July, but I will only do so once it is safe and the government have given the go ahead. What I can say is, as soon as I can open I will be here to welcome you.

Anyone who knows me, will know I will do my upmost to keep you all as safe as possible. I have stocked up on sanitiser, gloves, masks and paper towels. I will be spacing out my clients to be able to clean & sterilise each area after each client. I will email you with the necessary guide lines before you attend your appointment.
